What does all of this mean? There was a slight uptick in sales (and I mean, SLIGHT) and a slight reduction in inventory from last month with the $100-200k market being responsible for the bulk of that. The $200-400k range also saw a significant increase in sales without an increase in inventory. I think we’re starting to see the wind down of the first time buyer’s tax credit with the very small drop in sales in the $0-100k range. The very upper end of the market continues to be, well, pretty abysmal with only 12 closed this month
